We are selling our beautiful 10 acre permaculture farm in Brooksville, FL. It’s located about 1 hour north of St Petersburg, FL in the Nature Coast area. Multiple buildings includes a large home, extra room (classroom or ?), 2 car garage, 4 stall stable, greenhouse, well house, pool and pool house.

We have lived on the farm for 10 years, building soil, adding plants, and upgrading infrastructure. It has largely operated as an experimental farm and training ground, sharing what we’ve learned with hundreds of others. Through this process we’ve discovered what plants thrive here and have focused on planting more of those.
The buildings and grounds have been used to teach many types of classes, for retreats, kids’ events, farm tours and more. We have operated a nursery here and sold value added products.
We have grown medicinal herbs (perennials still on site), fruit, veggies and perennial vegetables.
Many who have visited the farm have commented on how peaceful and renewing it feels. We are on to new projects which entail more travel and less farm work and are ready to turn the farm over to someone or someone(s) who will take it to the next level.

“Chop and drop”
These plants are used to increase fertility to the site. We chop them and drop them around trees or on garden beds as mulch. They grow very fast, can be harvested multiple times per year. Are attractive whether chopped or not.
